(Tryptic soy agar) TSA is most commonly used for this bacteria in most of the studies. However, I have observed that TSA agar gets contaminated easily when stored in the refrigerator for two weeks. So making the agar and storing it two weeks ahead of time is not a good idea in this case. Do we have any other agar for Ralstonia insidiosa that can last without any contamination when stored in the refrigerator for two weeks? Do we use selective agar for Ralstonia insidiosa in any case?
(I'm new to this field so please forgive any incorrect wordings. Thank you).
