Hi Anna, Thanks a lot for your reply. I have been culturing MEFs and mESCs together, but couldn't find the exact size difference. May I also ask you if you do any flow cytometry with mESCs? I'm looking for the earliest differentiation marker for mESCs- in case you have any idea..?
Depending on that you mean by "earliest differentiation marker". It depends on your differentiation protocol. I have some of them to check on reverse transcription. Tell me if you need it.
