The RNA concentration in serum according to literature is about 5-40 ng/ml. However, there is very little information about the RNA concentration in conditioned medium of cultured cells. Obviously, that can vary according to cell type and density.

depends on the cell type and the growth vs death of the cells as well as he levels of RNAse. You need to test this for your particular cella’s frown for various periods of time.
Since culture medium is very different from the serum, and extra cellular/ exomatrix, the concentration will surely be less than what you have in the serum. There are also more amount of RNAses can be expected and of course the temperature, which would degrade the RNA. So, low concentration and bad quality of RNA can be expected in culture medium. Although I am not 100 % sure, but sure enough.

The fact is that, cell density could vary and the medium toxicity level may induce or inhibit expression level... I doubt if there is a conventional range for all cells. Even, on individual cells, the medium has to be conditioned varied with nutrients, growth rate, passage level of the cells, among many others.
