I remember a time where coffee was considered potentially harmful to health. With recent evidence, e.g. the umbrella review by Grosso and colleagues, who reviewed different meta analyses, I get the feeling that coffee may actually be part of a healthy diet.

I am aware of the fact that it certainly cannot be generalized to any condition of health and that it certainly also depends on the amount of coffee. At the moment, however, it seems that there is more benefit than harm associated with the consumption of coffee. I wonder if you agree.
