What is the quality of the exosomes isolated by using ExoEasy Max kit with respect to purity and quantity?? Is it better than the ExoQuick kit ? I would be very greatful if you share your personal experience...

Neither of these kits are optimal for EV isolation, regardless of the source material (biological fluids or cell cultures), UC and SEC are more consistant methods. The best results I get is by using sequential ultracentrifugation. The ExoEasy Max kit is good for very low volume samples but the quality is compromised. Check for more info here

We will work with culture media. Actually we do not have ultracentrifuge therefore we wanted to use commercial kit.

If I may add to what was already said, there is no ideal kit, and for complex biofluids such as plasma or urine one method is usually not enough. Your choice of purification method(s) should start from the source material and what is your ultimate application. For something like Conditioned cell culture media even simple UC can be sufficient at times, but for plasma a combination of ultrafiltration, SEC and maybe even ion exchange or affinity purification may be required.
