Hello! I am looking for an accurate customizable technique to genotype up to a hundred SNPs, a range from 50 to 100. The SNPs are known but are located in different genes. The experiment assumed to be applied on human samples and if there is, what about the diagnostic permission to use!
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

A PCR-based approach requires designing and ordering separate primers in addition to optimizing each reaction. This will take a lot of time regarding 50-100 SNPs. After spending these times, the fastest approach with clinical approval would be High Resolution Melt method. It is fast and reliable. Other PCR-based methods such as ARMS, may not be suitable for diagnostic purposes.

probably a custom made KIT for panel based sequencing is what you are looking for. Have a look at ArcherDX for example. But I think also other companies have offers like this.

thank you Ali Javadmanesh . I followed your suggestion and found it fit to what I am looking for. Based on HRM approach, there are some commercial solutions to make an order for a customized kit, however the number of SNPs still matters! I know it would be possible using NGS and sequencing techniques, but I want to find the most cost-effective and precise method. Since it is intended for performing in Iran, I guess this should be considered as well! So, I would appreciate if you let me ask you more technical details by email.

SNPChip designed panel is the thing you want.
It is posible to order a panel with specific primers or use a panel set that may include your mentioned SNPs beside other SNPs.
So you dont want to consider microarray or NGS? then HRM genotyping using ABI quant-studio Realtime Machine might be your choice to multiplex upto 15 SNP in eah rxn using taqman. I imagine Ion torrent has specific panels for couple of hundreds SNP available for human.
