What is the NMR spectra of vitrified water?

Hi .... my question is - How are the NMR spectra of vitrified water- small amounts of water molecules locked in a frame that restrict their movement and isolate water molecules from one another? What will be an influence of such a state on the relaxation T1 , T2, time?
