I am trying to follow the proliferation of LnCaP cells during various treatments. This human prostate cancer cell line grows as adherent, single cells and loosely attached clusters. Therefore it is an especially difficult cell line to assess growth rate.

Sulforhodamine B was unsuccessfull. Does anyone has any method other than trypan blue? Should we coat the plates?
