Lecithin, as you said, is a very cheap ingredient for making liposomes and nanoliposomes. However, it is a mixture of different phospholipids, and as such, we will not have control on reproducibility of our research and / or manufacture.
Many thanks for answering my question. Although we can use Tween (and Span) molecules to make niosomes, I need to make liposomes (phospholipid vesicles) and the product must be cost-effective.
When it comes to phospholipids, I definitely suggest to look at Lipoid portfolio. Prices always differes according to a phospholipid source, if it's GMO or not, and phospholipid content of the ingredient. LIPOID H 100-3 is a very good option.
