We are aiming to organize a scientific conference in Melbourne, Australia. Our budget is limited and we rely on registration fees to make this event a success. I appreciate if anyone can guide us how to make sure we have maximum number of participants. Is there any company / agency / organization who is professional and have experience in bringing our event to the attention of people in the field?
I think you may use the country's official website(s) related to such events. Here in Malaysia, for example, they use confbay.com website. Adding more relevant advertisements is not a bad idea.

What about advertising on the websites of relevant journals in the field? Would people be encouraged to apply and get confidence as per the quality of the conference?
Dear Dr.Mozafari..May be you can send also by email for people that you know to increase the registration..here in our country it is recommended to register in conferences where the article is published completely in the conference not only by abstract and in addition they recommend to be in cooperation with elsvier or any publishers to be registered in Scopus or Thompson databases
Dear Dr.Mozafari..regarding the journals as we saw in some of them..there is an advertisement for conferences..In addition, you can contact Research gate sponsees about an idvertisement in their website
