We use lactose or mannitol but we modify them as the original commercialised lactose or mannitol might show poor performance.

Hi Dr, are you willing to stabilize liposomes with polymersomes for example or are you planning tu use specific surfactants?

As part of the project we use liposomes as a cytosolic delivery system to enhance a CTL-mediated immune response. In this project, we do not really use this formulation as a drug delivery system, but as a vaccine platform. On the other hand, until now we have only used liposomes, not polymers or other compounds. In addition, we are not interested in stabilizing liposomes at this time considering our purposes.

Fascinating research topic. Personally I prefer application of natural ingredients with no toxicity and no adverse side-effects. Lung natural phospholipid DPPC is an option, but is an expensive Ingredient.   Perhaps Dr Nokhodchi idea of using lactose / mannitol is a better option.
