I have a middle name and my name on some of my publications appear as:

M.R. Mozafari

while on some others appear as:

M. Reza Mozafari

The problem is systems like Google Scholar or Scopus consider these two names as two different individuals and I keep contacting them and asking them to check the address (affiliation) associated with my name, but they refuse to merge my publications together and this causes my H index to be lower than the real one. What shall I do?
