What is the interpretation of decrease iron levels in the brain?

after the IV injection of rats with magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles, I evaluated the iron concentration per gram tissue in each brain area, I found a significant decrease in the iron levels in the injected group as compared to normal rats

Is there any logic interpretation for that ?
