I was wondering if anybody knows what is the half-life of 4(OH)TAM in vitro?
I am adding 4(OH)TAM at 0.5ng/mL in my murine ESC cultures every 24 hours for 5-6 days and I was wondering if this is an overkill.
Thank you in advance
Yannis
Hello,
I was wondering if you got an answer to your question. I'm also looking for this information ^^
Regards
Fabien
I did not, but I think it is around 12 hours in vitro
