I use PVP, Pentanol, citrate, ammonium, ethanol, TEOS for synthesis of silica nanorods (using sls method), what is the factor that determines an "elmulsion droplet size" on synthesis of silica nanorods?
Also, I want to know the emulsion mechanism of this synthesis.

Obviously an emulsion is a liquid-in-liquid system. However, a Pickering emulsion is an emulsion that is stabilized by solid particles (often colloidal silica). See:

The size of the droplets is highly dependent on the shear rate of the mixture.
