We know cholesterol is very important molecule in cells, but what's the range of cholesterol in whole cell lipids can keep cell's viability? For example, 20% of whole lipids cholesterol is the normal cholesterol level to keep the cell viability, can any treatment decrease cholesterol to 10% of whole lipid, which won't kill cells? Thanks a lot!
