The internal organelles of pangasius in a cultural pond is being yellowish including mussel also. I am uploading the photos for better understanding. Can you please give me some informations about this disease?
Could be vitamin E and/or selenium deficiency causing formation of yellow oxidized lipid (ceroid). How fresh is your diet?
Yellow Liver (Jaundice) disease, maybe due to poor water quality or high stocking density.

At instant I answered him that it may be "Catfish Jaundice' and later gave him details of your answer but he didn't make any communication with me afterwards.
