What is the Botrytis Cinerea incubation conditions and culturing time?

I just wanted to know what is the optimal temperature and relative humidity for culturing B.Cinerea on PDA. and how long does it take I see initial sign of growth of fungi on PDA after inoculation the PDA with a suspension of fungi freeze-dried solved in sterile water?

I also want to know should I seal the Petri dishes during incubation or not?
