We raised monoclonal antibody against a human protein in rat. From that hybridoma clone I can get the sequence of the antibody. I want to clone that antibody and express it in mouse. I need to murinize the sequence. Can any one suggest me what is the best way to murinize it?

Look at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/ to find the mouse homologue.
You want to look the antibody from rat like an antibody from mouse? To avoid immunogenicity? As humanization is normally done for antibodies from mouse when they are inteded to be used in humans?
Identify the germlines of your antibody, then compare the rat germline sequences with mouse germlines and identify differences in the framework. Mutate them and test whether the antibody still works fine...
