I need to prepare liposomes from DPPC/DOPC/Cholesterol mixture. From your experience what is the best ration for having higher encapsulation efficiency?
We have used DPPC:DCP:Chol (7:2:1 ratio) in the preparation of liposomes / nanoliposomes. The combination we used is slightly different than yours, although we obtained good results with respect of stability of the vesicles, E.E., drug release, etc.
