I would recommend miRNA arrays from Qiagen. Probably, they don't have an array that covers all your miRNAs, in this case you need to order a custom array. It is SYBRG based and uses a common RT method for all miRNA.

I used Exiqon and TaqMan in the past as well. However, there is a new platform that might be worthwhile to look at, for medium-size arrays, that is Firefly. Please take a look at their products and services.
