How can I obtain egg rafts in the lab from field-caught Culiseta?

I collected approx. 15 adult Culiseta mosquitoes from a forest and I am trying to obtain egg rafts after blood feeding the mosquitoes. They feed readily on the blood that is offered to them, but I fail to get egg packages after offering water for oviposition.
