I have not tried B-cell lymphocytic leukemia.But for acute monocytic leukemia in murine model; WEHI-3B is the preferable one as I tried. Pls if u find cell line name let me know. TQ
There are a few murine models of CLL but they all have slow disease onset and relatively low penetrance. The best murine model of CLL is probably the Emu-TCL1 mouse. It has a relatively short time to disease onset and high penetrance. It has also been used to assess novel therapeutic agents including Ibrutinib.
If your inhibitor is human specific then you will need to use a xenograft model (either cell lines such as MEK-1) or primaries which require large numbers of cells.
