By looking at a company's sustainability report (GRI) and see how they have addressed all of their stakeholder's concerns. I would also pay particular attention to issues that are material to companies.
What do you think about; green management performance have relation with financial performance and organization performance or green management have direct effect to organization performance.
I have written on this topic area with a focus on construction companies. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/259010771_The_Relationship_between_Sustainability_Practices_and_Financial_Performance_of_Australian_Construction_Companies
But generally, the evidence is mixed. Some argue that CSR leads to be better financial performance. Others argue that there is either a negative or neutral association.

My further question about the same topic: Do you think, Green Management is same practice like CSR, sustainability, environmental management or green technology?
The definition's evolved over the years, for example, there was much more emphasis on environmental issues in the 1970s. Then, in the 1980s, the focus was shifted to more social based thinking. Elkington, was probably the first person to coin up the definition of the triple bottom line (TBL) which brings together economic, social, and environmental considerations.
Also, this is complicated (and made interesting!!!) by the fact that different disciplines approaches the issue of sustainability from their own lens. But, personally, whatever they are called they tend to sit along the same spectrum.
Green performance is an increasingly critical performance indicator for many organisations. There are several ways that green performance of an organisation can be evaluated, for example via (a) implementing green performance management and appraisals that ‘measure environmental performance standards’; (b) by ‘developing green information systems and audits. For example, energy savings, water savings, reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, recycling of wastes, number of employees motivated/influenced/accepted to use public transport or come to the office by using bikes or walking as a measure of reducing pollutants emissions -all can be used to evaluate the green performances. You also need to evaluate the economic performance related to greening (see below)
2. Positive side of greening of an organisation
Greening such as pollution prevention can help firms to reach a win-win situation by increased sales because of enhanced market legitimacy and greater social approval, it will help save costs (reduction in energy consumption, water, and reuse of materials through recycling), may result in increased demand from environmentally sensitive consumers (green customers), improve stakeholder relationships etc.
