There are a lot of effective anti-angiogenic compounds. During my work I used endostatin in angiogenesis assays (in vivo and in vitro) which acts mainly by antagonizing VEGF effect, and it worked fine.
The presence of VEGF inhibitor (i.e. Avastin, Sutent, and Votrient) in organoid culture would be essential. You have to check whether VEGF inhibitor is specific to the angiogenesis blockage and not affect the other RTK signaling pathway.
