Hello Aya,

I have acheived very good neural differentiation using EGF, FGF (20ng/ml), B-27 (1%) in neurobasal media (from Invitrogen). In additin you can also use N2 (0.1 %) and/or G-5 (0.5%) supplement to increase the efficiency.
