I am going to be culturing MSC's and I am currently using MSCBM from LONZA. I have been asked by my supervisor to find out if we can make MSC medium in the lab to eliminate the possibility of supply and delivery issues, but I cannot find what the best composition would be for these cells.

What kind of MSC do you have? I was working with porcine MSCs and we used Alpha MEM (Gibco) without nucleotides, suplemented with 10% FBS and antibiotics. This worked for our cells well.
