I want to look at dendritic cells by flow cytometry.
I've been using Collagenase IV plus DNase I in blank RPMI1640 media.
Hey,
it depends on the cells you want to analyse. T-cells? Dendritic cells/macrophages? Endothelial cells? Do we talk about mouse thymus?
It depends on the cells you would digest and also in addition to the two enzymes you used ,also phospholipase must be used
Does anti-CD62L antibody lead to some form of signaling on the naive T cells?
