microRNAs have universal sequences that you will get miRBase database.

Prefer to use pre-mixed (FP+RP), pre-made primers from any well-known microRNA products company. The company synthesizes them which slight modifications which provide stability to the sequences.

agree with saurabh, miRBase is widely used databse. Apart from that you can use targetscan to find the biological targets of miRNAs. miRanda is another databse you can explore for your studies.

miRBase for sure. If you want to search miR targets you can use TargetScan or miRTarBase.

I agree with most people here, I'd recommend miRBase ( http://www.mirbase.org/) as it's constantly updated and has plenty of information.

You can also find information about expression profiles and targets of those miRNA in www.microrna.org, or TargetScan ( http://www.targetscan.org/ ).

Lastly, you can check for enrichment of miRNA sets and explore it's relationships with diseases in TAM 2.0 ( http://www.lirmed.com/tam2/).
