I need a way of scanning DNA sequences against InterProDB predictive models, how can I use InterProScan v.5 ?

I have these set of genes that I have predicted. So now I want to perform functional analysis of them using InterProDB to predict conserved functional domains. But InterProScan v.5 seems to be allowing the scan of protein sequences only against InterProDB.
