There are myriads of cell lines are available for oral cancers such as oral and pharyngeal cancer (OPC)-22 panel cell lines including CAL27, CAL33, Detroit 562, UM-SCC-47, SCC-25, SCC-9, UM-SCC-11B and UM-SCC-17B and another is HSC-2 (Human squamous carcinoma) cell line. Best cell line depends on the types of oral cancer, hence based on the types best cell line can be selected
