Sigma lysing enzyme L1412 has been discontinued. Is there a known commercially available alternative to this ?
Glucanex is a cell wall hydrolyzing enzyme from Trichodema harzianum and has been employed in the preparation of yeast or fungal protoplasts. An alternative enzyme for it is driselase which contains cellulase, hemicellulase and pectinase.
Maurice Ekpenyong thanks for your reply. but driselase is also unavailable.
Maybe you can try this: NATE-0428 (creative enzymes)
Nikunj Daga Do you find the alternative enzyme for L1412?
Do you know any journals in the area of medicine/pediatrics/nutrition that publish protocols of systematic reviews? No APC or Low APC
