Please anyone tell me that how size exclusion chromatography is used in forensic science i.e. what type of analysis are carried out using this technique in forensics?
Analysis of polymers, originality of composition, determ. of prohibited additives like PVC wastes added to other type of polymers. In some cases SEC is also useful as a semle prep. tool.
Dear Sir. Concerning your issue about the role and application of Size exclusion chromatography in Forensic science . Size exclusion chromatography (SEC) on irregular silicas of 5–10 µm particle size and 60–130 Å average pore size is shown to provide a rapid method for the comparison of a variety of forensically significant samples. Use of dual detectors (UV/fluorescence of UV/Refractive Index) was found to enhance the value of the technique for forensic screening. I think the following below links may help you in your analysis:

I am attaching here a document of "Handbook of Size Exclusion Chromatography".
