I am planning to check antiangiogenic activity for my compound, but I don't know what cells I should use to study the in-vitro and in-vivo antiangiogenic activity of this compound?
You might try endothelial cell line
HUVECs are good, you can also use sprouting from arterial rings (mouse aorta) embedded in matrigel, quite spectacular!
HUVEC or PEC (progenitor endothelial cells) are good to study angiogenesis.
HUVEC or BAEC
