Hello,

I am looking for an alternative for Seqeuncher since our license is running out and wanted to see what people's opinion are for Sanger sequence editing. I know there are a lot out there, so instead of trying them all, I was just wondering if anyone had suggestions for something as similar as possible. I still want it to be easy to use (i.e. we have high school students and undergraduates that have little experience, so easy to use and teach is important). We do not mind paying a little for software, we mainly want to make the transition as easy as possible. Any suggestions, especially from those that had to make the same transition, would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
