Does anyone know any special program to analyze 3D staples of cells (detected with an 510 ... Zeiss CLSM)? Imaris is to expensive. Has anyone a freeware suggestion. It would be great if this program produces files where you can zoom into the cell.
You can try BioImageXD (http://www.bioimagexd.net/).
Hope it work...............
