What is a good program for 3D analysis of cells?

Does anyone know any special program to analyze 3D staples of cells (detected with an 510 ... Zeiss CLSM)? Imaris is to expensive. Has anyone a freeware suggestion. It would be great if this program produces files where you can zoom into the cell.
