I am reading for my DBA and would like to explore OCB and especially its applicability on Millennials and Gen Z workforce especially in the high tech sector. I have looked at variables such as "Pressure to Produce", "Perceived Organizational Support", "Ethical Leadership", "Flexible Workplace Practices", etc. I am a bit stumped as to how I could proceed and as such would be grateful to some feedback/guidance/suggestions....
