That depends on the cell type you are interested in. Either a important protein of basic metabolism like GluT, or something involved in cell-cell or cell-matrix interactions (cadherins, integrins...). In any case, you'll have to verify that your experimental conditions do not change the standard protein.
Hi Lina Gong I agree with Engelbert Buxbaum that it depends on what cell type you are looking at. There is a plethora of potential membrane proteins that you can use as a reference.

My experimental subjects were brain stem neurons of mice.I want to quantify specific ion channels (about 100KD)expressed in neurons plasma membrane using WB ,to explore the constitutive recycling and active recycling of the channel.So, I want to select an acceptable internal reference of neuron plasma membrane protein.What are the common ones(expect Na-K+ ATPase,about 110KD)?
