Can I use eosin yellow indicator, fuchsin acid for microscopy, methyl blue and fuchsin basic ofr the observation of marine Fungi?

If you have access to fluroscene microscope, you can certainly use calcofluor white (binds to polysaccharides in fungal cell wall) or FITC-WGA (fungal specific dye, binds to cell wall chitin).
