In general, the characteristic of electric current as a function of voltage in argon plasma jet using dielectric barrier discharge in atmospheric pressure, jet length will increase by the increase of voltage. It occurs due to the role of electrons in plasma jet generation, when the voltage increases, the electric field will increase and more electrons strike the argon gas atoms. So the plasma jet will become longer due to the encouragement of plasma species of argon gas coming out of the capillary column.
