What dose it mean if your scRNA-seq results show that the most significantly changed genes are housekeeping genes?

I have two groups of cells: a control, and a treated group. The genes are from cluster markers from a cluster analysis that shows a difference between the two groups. And more than half of these genes are housekeeping genes.

Does it mean the genes actually don't present any clear biological perturbation?
