There are many ways to reduce GO into RGO. You can try one or few of them. You have to analysis final product before discarding them as failed product. There are many techniques to d that such as, Raman spectroscopy, XPS, SEM, XRD, etc., Otherwise, RGO has Dark black color and hydrophobic nature than GO. So, It will coagulate and deposit in aqueous medium. I suggest you to have a look at the following papers: You can try to do it through chemical reduction using reducing agents. You have many reducing agents around you.
