I agree with Nazia Asad . The most important aspect in teaching is learning from the different activities. Motivation is a parameter, we can use during teaching especially self-motivation.
I like to think that I am sowing or reviving in young people that need to ask and answer things, that although we did it as children we are losing it as we grow
Teachers are an extremely important facet of any society for a number of reasons and their role in society is both significant and valuable. Teachers play an extraordinary part in the lives of children for the formative years of their development and the importance of teachers is something that cannot be understated.

I like mostly the empowerment of my students. Most of them get confirmation of their job before getting the final result. Students when goes to their internee generally get the lucrative job offer from the entrepreneurs. I get my success her to increase the value of the University and me as well.
“the calling of the teacher. There is no craft more privileged. To awaken in another human being powers, dreams beyond one’s own; to induce in others a love for that which one loves; to make of one’s inward present their future; that is a threefold adventure like no other.”
One looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers, but with gratitude to those who touched our human feelings. The curriculum is so much necessary raw material, but warmth is the vital element for the growing plant and for the soul of the child.
It's why I went into teaching in the first place. I like the sound of my own voice. Well that, and I am addicted to the smell of chalk and white-board markers.”
For me, since teaching has been practiced by the great prophets then it is a noble mission. After spending nearly 40 years in teaching, I saw a good number of my past students becoming successful in their lives & careers. I can claim that I have contributed a certain percentage into their success. How?
When I meet some of my old students, they do not talk with me about the scientific knowledge they gained but about the skills they mastered & the positive ethical attitudes which they adopted after their studies at our university.
However, the picture will not stay "rosy". I predict that the new-coming "careless" students will simply fail in the future. That is why I feel lucky that I reached the retirement phase. The task of repairing the damage is a duty for the young teachers who have just stepped in & this will be a hard tough duty.
Teaching is a noble profession if offer & opportunity to come in closely contact of a childhood to young generation which may help us to come in close proximity & as such as teacher we have to keep our mind active even by learning more knowledge required by students which is also keep us our mind active to make the students proud for their future growth & development
What I like most about teaching is the collective that takes place and while we create dialogue manifests a story telling circle. This is why engagement while attending a teaching lesson is more powerful than any other type of instruction. It is the relations we draw and the creativity to adapt to the curricula. Albert Einstein said, "imagination is more powerful than knowledge" and I believe that the chemistry we draw from person to person learning is more powerful.
I love your insight Muhammad Faheem Jan as teaching is as much an art as it is science in that a critical balance must be kept. The teacher can be viewed as an edutainer meaning that you are a mechanistic instructor and engager/entertainer of ideas.
Teaching is a craft. I like the inspiration that a teacher can transcend to his/her students. Teachers have power to emit change in the world. Teachers have the power to support transformational policies and change and make a difference. Teachers are the ones who support the philosophies that make the world a better place outside of a set curricula, policy and procedure that has limiting outcomes.
Teacher love getting to see students’ individual talents and strengths, watching them grow during their education, and then seeing how they use those skills in the world.
Thank you for your reply Usman, I appreciate the feedback and that you agree that teachers act as a valuable commodity in that they are the vehicle that drive the philosophies and mandate changes within and outside of set curricula in the systems of knowledge. From personal experience, it is difficult to often link and perpetrate change in a climate of education that is 'fixed' in some communities of thought. I recognize from my teaching that many messages can be successfully linked to learning among school-aged children outside the mainstream of education policy and practice. Children are very receptive to new ideas, differences and philosophies when connected to our own selves, our world and other literature. I believe it the older masses that find this change less receptive and more challenging to interpret and contend.
The magic of interaction. Interaction of on line discussion is definitely effective but serves differently than does a hands-on interactive personal approach. I believe the learning is more substantial in person. There is hidden effectiveness in the classroom if developed and manifested with passion.
