I feel more anxious about things to complete in the day early morning and then feel relieved a little bit at 2-3pm because I recognize that I already got most of the to-do-lists done. After that, I also feel a little bit tired so have a short nap. Lastly, I feel anxious again late evening, mainly about the remained works and new to-do-lists to complete in next day. Work, in particular, research work is endless, I think.
