Research Interest Score, citations and h-index as scientific indicators on RG

Now the three most important scientific indicators on Research Gate are the Research Interest Score, citation, and the h-index.

Why are they important and do they count beyond this platform? Can you tell peers outside RG, my Research Interest Score is such and such, and does it matter. Or my citation-index or my h-index is N?

Are the citations here those only mentioned in research that appears on Research Gate or are other mentions also counted here? And what is the h-index and why is it important? And is the counting of your citations and h-index here the same as e.g. on Google Scholar?

Where can you find the correct score of your citations and h-index?

And I find it hard to calculate my Research Interest Score, for me it is more of a black box. Most of the time it appears and you can make no sense of it.
