Dear Rudi, the CDC has the main info in their website. But I can summarize everything as follows.. 1. Emerging viruses appear very frequently in human populations. 2. Nearly all vertebrates have coronaviruses, including us. This one is a novel incorporation from china. 3. This virus is dangerous for elderly population a d those with prior pathologies 4. For 80% of the population is like a cold, or flu 5. In children is largely asymptomatic. 6.
