I've added 6-OHDA to my neuronal cultures to test whether they are dopaminergic, and they do die.
However, I was told that I need to also inhibit noradrenaline reuptake trasnporters as 6-OHDA is also taken up through these trasnporters.
Desipramine appears to be the compound to use for this.

Thank You, I previously found a paper that said 20uM, but your suggested paper says 500nM. Certain search terms I learned from your suggested paper led me to other papers that used desipramine in the 00's nM.
Much appreciated. Will optimize between 100nM and 1uM.
