We currently are using THP-1 but they have been causing us to have many issues. From what I've seen RAW 264.7 and U937 are mouse though and I am looking for human cells. But thanks for the recommendation

As far as I know there is currently no macrophage cell line (human). Nevertheless, I have attached a paper in which the investigators have characterized a human cell line, “Daisy” derived from THP-1 cells. Daisy cells grow predominantly in an adherent monolayer. They have shown that Daisy is more similar to mature macrophages. For more information about this cell line, you may refer to the paper attached below.
