i am working on hot rolling of titanium in abaqus . but i am not able to move the plate into roller what boundary condition i should used .
i have given the velocity to sheet , angular velocity to roller, gave the velocity zero in remaining direction .

You have not mentioned on thickness of Ti-plate and the %reduction in hot rolling pass, and hot rolling temperature. The spring back after rolling causes more problem. Ti and its alloys are hot rolled between 550C to 1000C but generally industry uses around 875 C. Hope this helps

Well you could model a 1off bar forming by simply pushing the bar into the rollers with a BC or perhaps a rigid surface + contact. If you are simulating a continuous rolling, then you should use the coupled Eulerian/Langrange tools, so your material is effectively flowing through your mesh. In that case you need to create both Lagrangian and Euler BCs. So, basically fix the mesh on the end where material is flowing in (Lagrangian BC) and give a material flow in rate at the same nodes (the Eulerian).
If you search the example problems manual, you should find implementations of what needs to be done, and then you can apply it to your problem.
