Youngsters need proper attention, trimming, grooming, motivation, boosting environments, cooperative and cordial atmosphere, appreciation and rewarding moments - for serving as good teachers and researchers - needs high trainings and care as like from guardians / parents - be taught the best - in brief can these be discussed in this forum as salient points so as to send a good message to atleast the beginners joining RG

There is no alternative to hard work which the juniors must follow. Seniors when use to have good guiding abilities make the juniors more efficient and make them more enthusiastic in joining teaching/ researches.
